The export situation is still not optimistic

According to the latest statistics of Fuzhou Haizhou Customs, in the first half of this year, the export of furniture and parts in our province showed a slight upward trend, with a total export of 928 million US dollars, an increase of 3.1% year-on-year. Among them, private enterprises have grown rapidly, with a substantial increase of 47.6%, accounting for 38% of the total export value over the same period, and the increase in exports is five times the provincial average.

Fuzhou Customs pointed out that although some supporting measures introduced by the state have alleviated the export pressure of the furniture industry to a certain extent, the current demand for imported furniture in Fujian and Europe and other major furniture export destinations in Fujian Province has not improved. Decided that the future furniture export situation is still not optimistic.
