Jiangsu Hengli high precision internal grinding machine technology passed the appraisal

It is understood that the project uses the original hollow static pressure turret head frame, and the grinding process of the two-end stepped hole and deep hole of the sleeve type part is completed once the workpiece rotation axis is unchanged, and the secondary clamping correction is eliminated. The influence of the error has changed the process path of the traditional internal grinding machine, and the coaxiality of the internal hole grinding has been improved from the structure. The typical axiality of the typical workpiece is ≤ 0.004 mm.

In addition, the head frame and grinding head of the project adopt advanced static pressure and dynamic hydrostatic bearing technology, which has high rotation precision and long service life. The workpiece clamping method is changed from one-point clamping to two-point clamping, which improves the clamping rigidity and greatly reduces the surface roughness of the grinding workpiece. The operation is simple and convenient, the auxiliary time of the machining process is reduced, the cylindricity of the inner hole at both ends of the workpiece is ensured, and the grinding efficiency is improved. Moreover, the machine adopts the CNC feed system and has various configuration schemes. It can be equipped with double grinding heads or single grinding heads and high-precision double-wedge ring positioning rotary table, which can meet the needs of different users.

At present, the prototype produced based on this technology has been tested by the mechanical industry combined machine tool and hydraulic component product quality supervision and testing center, and all performance indicators have met the requirements of the national internal grinding machine precision inspection standard. The experts at the meeting agreed that the built-in structure design of the workpiece of the project is the first in China, which can achieve high precision and efficient internal grinding. The main performance and technical indicators have reached the international advanced level. The appraisal committee agreed that the project passed the scientific and technological achievements appraisal and suggested to further accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to form a series of products.
