Yangda developed a variety of molds

The teachers and students of the School of Mechanical Engineering of Yangzhou University worked together to develop a “variety” mold, which, like “Transformers”, can quickly reconstitute various forms of mold forming surfaces and play the role of “one by one”. Yesterday, good news came from this. This “new mold for flexible forming of rods” has successfully applied for a national patent.

The project is a research team based on Professor Song Aiping. After two years of scientific research and development, the project was completed. This technology not only overcomes the "common problem" of the common mold opening cycle, but also greatly reduces the cost, and is especially suitable for the forming of curved panel parts in small and medium batches.
