When you use our company's products, if there are abnormalities or normal use, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem. If you still can't handle the fault, please inform your technician of your detailed fault phenomenon, which will help our technician to deal with it in time.

One. Identifying the specific phenomenon of the problem is helpful to analyze the cause of the problem more quickly.
1) Have you read the manual before operation?
2) Whether the display is normal (whether the display attribute is set to 1204 * 768 resolution, 32-bit true color, 75Hz refresh rate), and whether DirectX 9.0 has been installed.
3) Whether the operating system is normal without running the software. Open the task manager and check the CPU usage to see if any bad programs are running.
4) Whether there is access to the network.
5) Whether the power is suddenly cut off while the operating system is running.

two. Confirm the software and hardware you are using 1) Whether the hardware configuration meets the requirements, and whether you choose the computer accessories according to the standard configuration.
2) Whether the software used is compatible with the card.
3) Whether the software model and version used are correct.
4) The operating system must be windows2000 professional or windows xp professional.
5) The chipset of the motherboard must be INTEL chipset, the motherboard of VIA chipset must not be used.

three. Possible faults during installation 1. The card cannot be found after entering.
Approach:
A. Enter the device manager, install all the multimedia devices without driver installed. B. If there is "!" Or "?" In front of the driver, delete the driver, restart the host, and install the driver.
C. If the number of channels is not enough, perform a hardware scan D, enter the main monitoring interface, observe which card is not found (unplug the video signals one by one), pull out the card (change the card to a slot), re Turn on.
E. Replace the video card that cannot be found or reinstall the operating system.
2. Crash or restart when installing the card driver.
Approach:
A. Pull out the card that cannot be installed, replace it with a new slot and install again.
B. Enter the safe mode, install the driver C of the card, and after restarting, if it is a blue screen, then handle it according to fault 5.

3. The camera image is black.
Approach:
A. Connect the signal of the normal camera to this camera. If it is normal, the signal source is bad.
B. Check whether the video cable is damaged.
C. Delete the driver of this card and reinstall the driver.
D. Replace the card.

4. After entering, it is found that the camera image is green or the image does not change. After double-clicking to enlarge, it is the remnant of other camera images.
Approach:
A. Reinstall the driver B. If it is invalid, change the slot C and change the card.

5. Video processing method cannot be retrieved during playback:
A. In my computer, check whether the number of disks is consistent, do not match the shutdown, check the disk wiring B, if normal, enter the BIOS scan, find all disks C, replace disk D, first check whether the recording folder name is consistent with the host name. Change the host name to the same name as the recording folder;
E. Check whether the hard disk can be accessed, read and write.
F. Perform disk scan repair.

6. There are mosaic processing methods for playback:
A. Combined with the status information of the video card, check the following:
Check the CPU resource occupancy. If it is normal, it is a motherboard problem. Replace a motherboard. If there is still one, reinstall the system.
If the occupancy rate is high, disable the cards and enable them one by one. Observe the occupancy rate, find the way to increase the occupancy rate, and replace the card.
B. Check the available space of the C drive when the memory resources are too high. If the available space is less than 600M, you need to reinstall the operating system.
Increase the virtual memory size of drive C:

C. Increase the memory size.

7. The software crashes or restarts after running for a period of time.
Approach:
A. This failure may be caused by four reasons: hard disk, video card, power supply, operating system.
B. Reinstall the operating system C. Do not enter the monitoring software interface to see if it will restart. If it is restarted, it is not the cause of the video card.
D. Unplug all data disks and check whether to restart, if not, then connect to the hard disk one by one. Until a restart occurs. Replace the hard disk E, replace the power supply F, and replace the motherboard.
