The foamed spiral antenna head produced by our company (Fig. 1) is difficult due to limited equipment conditions and large lead spiral grooves. To this end, we designed an adjustable planetary gear reduction mechanism, installed on the C620 lathe, so that the minimum speed of the lathe was reduced from the original 11.5r/min to 0.5r/min. The cyclone milling attachment is mounted on the lathe tool holder, which solves the problem of processing the spiral groove of the antenna head smoothly.
