Electric hoist rise limit devices generally use eccentric-lever devices (Figure 1). The main disadvantage of this type of device is that the fixed hinge and the eccentric are sliding friction. The gap between the two should not exceed 0.5 mm in the case of no working. Due to poor lubrication conditions, it is extremely prone to failure. To this end, we have designed a weight-leverage limit stop.
