1 Low-temperature hot water surface radiant heating According to Article 3.1.1 of the "Technical Specification for Radiant Floor Heating" of the People's Republic of China Industrial Standard JGJ142-2004: "The supply and return water temperatures of low-temperature hot water surface radiant heating systems shall be determined by calculation. The temperature should not exceed 60°C. The water temperature for civil buildings should be 35 to 50°C, and the temperature difference between the return water should not exceed 10°C." Many residential communities in the north use hybrid heating, which means that geothermal and common heating coexist in the same district. In relatively cold seasons, for ordinary heating, the water temperature from the boiler room can reach up to 80°C. After hot water enters the community, it is likely to be A user is warm, it will cause the user's inlet temperature is greater than 60 °C (up to 75 °C), the ground surface temperature up to 50 °C above. The room temperature was too high, the environment was too dry, and there was a large gap between the floors.

2 Heating cable as a thermal medium

The design temperature of the heating cable can reach 260°C. The general situation is to control the surface temperature and indoor air temperature (room temperature) through two sensors, the ground surface temperature is set at 38°C (maximum cannot exceed 42°C), and the room temperature is set at 20~ At 23 °C, any point of the temperature reaches the set temperature, will cut off the power, such control is also known as secondary protection. In some areas of our country, the electricity bills are charged at different times. After midnight, the electricity bill is charged half price. Some users cut off the power during the day in order to save costs. The power is turned on after midnight and the sensor is not installed on the surface. Only the room temperature sensor is used. As long as the room temperature does not reach the set temperature, the heating cable keeps heating up, and some moments The surface temperature of up to 90°C causes damage to the moisture-proof membrane, and the adhesive tape between the moisture-proof membranes desorbs after being heated and a large amount of moisture enters the floor, resulting in floor damage.

3 Electric film as heat medium

The electrothermal film on the market generally has an automatic temperature control function. It controls the temperature through a thermistor. When the temperature is relatively low, the resistance of the electrothermal film becomes smaller, the current increases, and the exothermic heat of the electrothermal film increases; when the temperature is compared When the temperature is high, the electric resistance of the electrothermal film increases, the current decreases, and the amount of heat released by the electrothermal film decreases. Therefore, electric heating film heating is relatively stable and safe. However, the electric heating film is directly in contact with the floor, and it is very important to select the heating temperature of the electric heating film. It is preferable to select the heating temperature of the electric heating film at about 40°C.

At present, some electric films on the market have a heating temperature above 80°C, and some may even be higher. Individual users choose to heat the electric heating film too high, and there is no measure to control the surface temperature, it will also cause damage to the floor.

4 Heat block for thermal media

In individual regions of our country, specially made electric heating blocks are used as heat medium, and several rooms are installed in a room with a certain distance between each block. The disadvantage is that the floor is heated unevenly and the temperature of the electric block is too high, causing the most complaints of the floor. The ground surface temperature of this type of heating method does not meet the requirements of the People's Republic of China Industrial Standard JGJ142-2004 "Technical Specification for Radiant Floor Heating". If you encounter the heating of the heating block as a hot medium, it is best not to go to the floor.


Second floor improper installation

Improper moisture management is still a major problem in floor installations. Some moisture damage films lead to discoloration of multi-layer wood flooring and laminate flooring. There is also the unevenness of the ground before the installation of the floor, and there are many sand particles that damage the moisture-proof membrane and cause the moisture-proof failure.


Third, the use of improper maintenance

1 The ambient humidity is too dry

According to our actual monitoring results, most users in the geothermal room air relative humidity below 30%, the lowest up to 15%, the normal use of the floor environment humidity should be more than 40%, the best humidity is 50 ~ 60%.

Because the environment is too dry, it can also lead to the shrinkage of the laminate flooring in the winter. Therefore, in a geothermal environment, a reasonable adjustment of room humidity is the most effective way to control and reduce floor complaints.

2 Improper maintenance

Individual users, especially in public places, use a mop with a higher moisture content to wipe the floor, causing layers of solid wood composite flooring to produce edging and wrinkling, and to strengthen the floor to create edging. When the floor is damp, it arches, and when people walk on the floor, the floor will collapse and sound.


In addition, if the use of multi-layer wood flooring for geothermal, the floor thickness of the floor are mostly 0.6mm, the surface of the compressive strength is relatively weak, some users did not take protective measures placed on the stool in the room. When people sit on a stool they crush the surface of the floor.
