3. According to the scene accident situation, the relevant leaders should immediately organize the operation and maintenance personnel, professional technicians or personnel familiar with the site to close the pipeline valve for conveying ammonia water, cut off the source of the accident, and take measures to isolate and repair the leakage point. 7. First aid when there is a wounded person at the accident site
