It is a great honour for us to be able to cooperate with such units. Now I will announce the top 100 analysis report of the China Energy Industry Park. This report is naturally a research achievement of the China Energy Economics Institute. I just read it out.
The 2010 China New Energy Industry Park Top 100 Selection was jointly conducted by the China Energy News, the China Economic Research and Development Association, and the China Energy Economic Research Institute. The selection was made in three ways: voluntary registration, industry recommendation and direct selection by the assessment committee. The list of candidates was then publicized in the China Energy News in three phases. After no objections, the assessment committee of the China Energy News, China Economic Development Research Association, and China Energy Economic Research Institute will, based on the reference materials and public data provided by the park, use the evaluation indicators to evaluate and evaluate the various parks in the country. Finally, the top 100 of China's New Energy Industrial Park in 2010 was obtained, and was officially released in the China Energy News Energy Network. This selection is mainly based on five major indicators such as industrial clusters, basic facilities, management services, brand promotion, and preferential policies of the park. After the results of the top 100 park selections came out, we further analyzed the distribution characteristics of the top 100 parks based on the results of this selection. These analyses are mainly based on the analysis of the industrial structure and the comprehensive strength and geographical distribution of the park. From the point of view of geographical distribution, if the province is divided into the top 100, Jiangsu Province is one of the most outspoken, far ahead, and other provinces are ranked first in the country with 26 seats. The four provinces and cities of Zhejiang, Shandong, Shanghai, and Jiangxi followed closely, occupying 16 seats, 7 seats, 6 seats, and 5 seats respectively. Other provinces lag behind. Through the above analysis of regional distribution characteristics, we can see that China's current new energy industry is mainly concentrated in the eastern part of the relatively rapid economic development and coastal areas. The economically underdeveloped regions in the central and western regions are lagging behind in development, showing obvious characteristics of balanced distribution among regions. In addition, due to the relatively rapid development of the new energy industry in the eastern and coastal areas, the regional agglomeration effect has been further formed. The reasons for this unbalanced distribution of industries are as follows:
The first reason is the economic level. This distribution is related to the level of economic development between regions. From the perspective of industry structure, from the perspective of the pattern of new energy and traditional energy sources, the top 100 selected parks are integrated high-tech parks, and most of them are comprehensive high-tech industrial parks. The new energy industry is still in a cooperative position in the industrial system of the park, not the mainstream. At the same time, this scattered, fragmented state has not yet formed a good agglomeration effect. Since these parks were established relatively early and the comprehensive strength of the park is relatively strong, this year's Top 100 New Energy Awards have achieved good results.
On the contrary, some parks with new energy features such as Wuxi Wind Power Science and Technology Demonstration Park and Yunxiao Energy-saving Optoelectronics Technology Industrial Park have more obvious features, and there are more comprehensive parks.
From the perspective of the short-listed park's new energy industry, the overall performance of the park is “complete, unevenâ€. On the macro level, the park’s new energy industry includes solar wind energy, ocean energy, nuclear energy, and biomass energy.
