As an insulating layer of electricity, the oxide film obtained after anodization of aluminum and aluminum alloy products has a relatively large resistance, so it has a certain role in improving the electrical insulation of some products, and it can be used to prepare capacitors by anodizing. The dielectric layer can also be made of aluminum oxide for the surface of the insulating layer.
