The aluminum alloy plate research and development project undertaken by Liu Aluminum was passed

Recently, Guangxi Liuzhou Yinhai Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Liu”) ushered in an expert group commissioned by the Science and Technology Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to organize Guangxi Guangxi Technical Market Organization Group to carry out the major special scientific and technological plan for Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The key technology research and development project for large-size aluminum alloy plates was accepted for acceptance. During the acceptance process, the expert team heard the report of the inspection and acceptance of the project team personnel, and conducted data review, inquiries and discussions. It was determined that the project had completed the tasks and tasks set out in the plan task book and agreed that the project passed the acceptance. The research results obtained by the coal carriage project have been highly evaluated.

The research and development of key technology for large-size aluminum alloy plates used for transportation of coal-gear vehicles by Liu and Aluminium for the 2014 Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region's major science and technology program was supported by special financial support from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and the project relied on the 3,300th domestic roller face width. The +2850mm “1+4” hot rolling production line and the innovative scientific research platform of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Autonomous Enterprise Technology Center, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Level Research and Development Center, and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Level Engineering and Technology Research Center are also adopted. The in-depth cooperation of Central South University has fully demonstrated the technical strengths of professional teams such as the “Academician Workstation” established by Zhongzhong University’s Zhongdi Academicians, “Bagui Scholars” of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and “Special Experts”, and successfully developed high-quality wide-format transport. The hot continuous rolling high-efficiency preparation technology of the aluminum alloy sheet used for coal-ganning vehicles realizes the hot-rolling short-flow production method of the wide-aluminum aluminum alloy sheet.

Through the use of coal cars in China, it has been proved that the product quality of the high quality wide-width coal transportation gondola aluminum alloy plate produced by Liu Aluminum is equivalent to the level of similar foreign products, which can already replace the import.

It is reported that Liuyalu has achieved industrial production of coal carts in 2015 and has an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons, and has fully established the “Aluminum Strip Production Expert” brand. In recent years, Liu aluminum has participated in 1 international-level project; undertaken 1 national-level project and participated in 1; Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region-level project 15 and municipal-level 7 projects, such as the 2012 “Twelfth Five-Year” National Science and Technology Support Plan. Eight projects, including the project “Development and Application of Production and Integration Technology for Super-sized Hot Continuous Rolling Aluminum Strips for Transportation”, have passed the inspection and acceptance, and have strong technology research and development capabilities. At present, Alcoa firmly grasps the light development of the national transportation industry and the development needs of aluminum-based steel for the construction industry. It has strong advantages in equipment, technology, research and development, and talents. The research and development speed of new products is fast, and now it has formed a production and transportation system. Transportation aluminum is the main core, and aluminum aluminum, electronics, telecommunications, electrical appliances, packaging and other general aluminum products and non-standard aluminum products are supplemented by the four major product categories. The coal-transported wagons, tanker panels, and marine panels have been successfully developed. The series of transportation aluminum products, such as container panels, new energy buses, and auto parts panels, have a maximum width of more than 2,600 mm. Products such as wide coal carts and container panels have replaced imported materials to fill gaps in the domestic market. Wide-width products sell well at home and abroad and are exported to Singapore, the United States, Canada and other places.
