2. Technical points for the installation of the duct system The duct connection must be tight; the flange gasket should be made of non-dusting and non-aging elastic materials. Cleaned and packaged air ducts and components shall not be removed before installation. If the installation is paused, the port should be resealed.
The crossing of the air duct and the clean room ceiling and partition wall should be tight, and sealing packing or sealant can be provided, and no leakage occurs.
3. Installation of high-efficiency filter The installation of high-efficiency filter must be completed in the clean room decoration project, after thorough cleaning, wiping, and after 12-24 hours of air blowing.
The high-efficiency filter should be unpacked at the installation site, and the outer packaging should not be taken into the clean room, but the innermost packaging must be disassembled in the clean room. Ensure that the filter material is clean and tight during installation.
