Si Kexin Zhang Lihong: Pragmatic and grateful to grow together with dealers

On June 26th, 2012, “Xinfu Thirteen Years” – the 13th anniversary celebration of Scoxin Home was held in Suzhou at the Water Side Hotel. Relevant leaders from the National Furniture Association and the Xiangcheng District Government, as well as nearly 1,000 dealers across the country attended the celebration.

Reporter: Hello, Mr. Zhang, I am very happy to accept the interview. How do you think about the dealership activities we held this time?
[Zhang Lihong]: First, we have organized such a happy 13-year dinner, the most important thing is gratitude. Thanks to our distributors of more than 1,000 specialty stores nationwide, thank you for always growing and working with us.
The second theme, I think, is also the main purpose of our work this time. It is a development direction and planning that summarizes the future. After 13 years of development, Scoxin has experienced a lot of things, especially in recent years. Of course, in this development process, we still have some shortcomings. So we are hosting this feast today and we are also sharing with you.
The third point is that in this big market environment, we and all the dealers are family members. Through their own efforts and study, we have come up with a relatively complete set of theories. We discuss the exchanges together and form a perfect one. The pattern is how we do better now. Yesterday, we blasted the integrated training, today is the exchange of store operations wisdom. This can be landed, can be seen, and is very operability.

Reporter: Zhang is always responsible for the South China region. Looking at the market environment this year, what is the market situation in South China?
[Zhang Lihong]: Everyone in the furniture industry has some understanding. The whole market is really bad. There is a situation of shuffling. But Skochen Huanan is rising, including April and May. We increased by more than 70% in April, and the increase is still relatively fierce.
In all of our customers in the Si Ke Xin Hua Nan base, incomplete statistics, at least 80% of the couples store, at least 60% of them are 2 stores or 3 stores. Therefore, many dealers are following us and growing together, so we are still returning to the original point just mentioned. We hold this large dinner, one of the themes of which is grateful.

Reporter: What do you think is the difference between us and other peers?
[Zhang Lihong]: I am also familiar with the enterprises in Guangdong. I have been in the furniture industry for almost 10 years now. At the beginning we were all staying in Guangdong. It can be said that each has its own advantages. For Scoin, the first and most important thing is that we are pragmatic. For example, our planning can be implemented and tracked. The second one is our training mechanism. The third one I think is that our team, including the upper-level leadership strategy is fully in line with market development. Everything we do is intrinsically digging, including all our solutions, all of which are based on the dealer's position to consider how this market is done, and how much it is feasible.

Reporter: It should be said that it is a long time for more than three years. What is your biggest feeling for the celebration of Scoin's 13 years?
[Zhang Lihong]: I think the most important point is to be a person in advance, as our chairman said. Let people do it first. Say something specific, pragmatic, practical, don't go to flicker. Especially in this kind of environment, don't be fooled, down-to-earth for dealers, and make a contribution to our company. Do it when you think of it, don't hesitate to doubt.
