The adjustment parameters mainly include control cycle, P (proportional coefficient), I (integral coefficient) and D (differential coefficient).
1. Control cycle setting: When the controlled object is determined, the pure lag time can be measured by the stopwatch. The setting of the control cycle is mainly based on the pure lag time. From the perspective of system stability, it is desirable that the pure lag time is as short as possible, which is advantageous for quickly eliminating the static difference of the system. However, for purely lagging control objects, rapid control causes instability of the system and, in severe cases, oscillation. By measuring, the actuators are configured with different actuators, and their pure lag time is also different. The pure lag time of the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and the pneumatic diaphragm regulating valve is generally 3 seconds; the pure lag time of the auger feeding is generally 5 seconds. The longer the auger, the longer its pure lag time. In order to control the versatility of the controller, the controller control cycle is required to be set in the range of 2 to 7 seconds.
