Repair of Japanese-made HC-4137 air compressor

The pneumatic machinery under the mine is powered by the compressed gas of the air compressor. In 1970, our mine imported two Japanese-made HC-4137 water-cooled vertical two-stage compressors. In early 1991, this air compressor suffered a serious continuous burning accident. In order to save a lot of foreign exchange, our mining company has repaired the air compressor by itself, so that the air compressor will resume production soon. Using aluminum profiles for door connection piece, two-layer structure , special design ,embedded into the door sheet. Simple and elegant, strong resistance to stress.

The base is made of aluminum alloy, special design, corrosion-resistant simple and aesthetic.

Mute track is made of aluminum alloy, dual-slot design, the mute material can be embedded into the slot, and creating a quiet environment.

Control system : 24V DC , mute operation, safe and reliable , durable and long life . In the case of obstacles ,doors rebound or stop automatically stop during opening and closing process.
