Manufacturing Process:
1.The raw materials are burdened according to Nd2Fe14b.
2.The burdened materials are melted at a high temperature to form an alloy (or stip casting) in a vaccum induction furnace.
3.The alloy (or strip casting) is pulverized into small particles that are several microns in size.
4.The particles are placed in a magnetic field and pressed into any desired shape.
5.The products heat treated at a temperature of 1,000ºC or higher in sintering furnace.And then aging the magnets to adjust the properties.
6.The magnets are tested their magnetic properties.
7.The magnets are machined to the desired size and shape including surface treatment.
8.Visual inspection at last.
