Electromagnetic Interference Source Types and Requirements

1. In the intelligent building, the integrated wiring system meets the following electromagnetic interference sources and cannot maintain a certain safety distance. It may have a great impact on the normal work of the integrated wiring system. It should be based on different environments and occasions. Effective protective measures.

· High-frequency interference generated during the work of the distribution network and distribution box inside the house building;

· Harmonic interference caused by EDM of large power motors;

· Electromagnetic interference generated when working with fluorescent tubes, electronic starters, and switching power supplies;

· Ringing currents in the public communications network, pulses in power switching, and periodic pulses generated by information processing equipment all generate electromagnetic interference;

· The impact of office equipment (such as copiers, printers, computers, shredders, etc.).

2. When the following electromagnetic interference sources exist in the surrounding environment of the intelligent building and intelligent community, and when the electromagnetic field intensity is high, the integrated wiring system must take effective protective measures.

· Facilities such as radars, radio transmission equipment and telephone base stations for mobile communication systems;

High-voltage power lines or electrified railways;

· Intelligent buildings are located in areas where lightning strikes are frequent.

3. When the interference signal strength of the surrounding environment of the intelligent building and intelligent residential area or the noise level of the integrated wiring system exceeds the following regulations, protective measures shall be taken.

• The size of the impact on the computer LAN signal is related to the frequency of the interfering signal. When the interference signal is 600 MHz or less, it has a great influence on the signal of the computer network. It belongs to the category of the same frequency interference, and its electric field strength is 1V/m (volts/meter); when the interference signal is 600MHz to 2.8GHz, it belongs to Noise interference, in general, its impact is small, the strength of its electric field is 5V/m. If more than the above two limits are taken, protective measures should be taken;

When a telecommunications terminal equipment introduces an RF (radio frequency) interference signal of 0.15MHz to 80MHz through a signal, DC or AC line, and its electric field strength is 3V/m (1KHz sine wave interference with a modulation amplitude of 80%) In general, the performance of telecommunication terminal equipment will not be affected. If the intensity of the electric field of the interfering signal exceeds 3V/m, protective measures should be considered;
