How to apply 3C certification

The 3C certification is called the "compulsory product certification system." It is a product conformity assessment system for the Chinese government to protect consumer's personal safety and national security, strengthen product quality management, and implement it in accordance with laws and regulations. The so-called 3C certification is China's mandatory product certification system. What is the 3C certification? It must be understood by everyone, but how should it be handled?

3C certification specific processing procedures:

1. The manufacturer submits a preliminary application either verbally or in writing.

2. The two parties reached an agreement through oral and written communications and signed a written cooperation agreement.

3. The manufacturer pays the service fee.

4. The applicant fills out the 3C application form, and submits the written data such as the business license of the application form and the copy of the organization code certificate, as well as product samples for testing.

5. The laboratories shall send a notification of the fee to the applicant before the test, and the applicant shall pay the certification fee according to the charge notification requirements.

7. Laboratory product testing and review of technical documents.

8. After the test is completed, the laboratory will submit the qualified data to the China Quality Certification Center.

9. At the same time, the manufacturer's factory will be subject to field regulations prior to factory inspection, employees will be given relevant training instructions, and the factory will complete the relevant documentation required for factory inspection.

10. The relevant factory auditors of the China Quality Certification Center will review the factory.

11. After the factory has passed the inspection, the China Quality Certification Center will send a payment notice for the remaining certification fees to the factory.

12. Obtain a qualified 3C certificate.
