3. Check if the drive belt is good and the tension is moderate. If it is damaged and replaced in time, it should be wiped clean when there is oil on the belt or pulley.
4. Adjust the spring pressing mechanism so that the two pressure springs have a certain pressure on the bearing seats at both ends of the driven roller, and are nearly equal.
5. Adjust the gap between the rolling bars according to the crushing granularity requirements.
6. Check whether the lubrication parts are in a good lubrication state.
7. Check if there are any materials or debris in the machine silo, and if necessary, clean it up in time. Make sure there is no material in the machine silo and the machine can be turned on when there is no abnormality in the machine.
8. Operators must wear labor protection products. It is strictly forbidden to wear slippers and other items that affect their safety. Long hair must be placed in the helmet to prevent personal injury caused by being caught in the equipment.
Double-tooth roller crusher starts
1. After checking the normal parts of the machine and the belt conveyor, first open the discharge belt conveyor, start the roller crusher under the empty load, and run for about three minutes to check whether the transmission system and other related components are normal. If abnormal conditions are found, stop immediately and find out the cause and eliminate it before restarting.
2. Check the motor steering and must conform to the direction indicated by the steering sign.
3. When the crusher is in normal operation, the feeding belt conveyor can be started to feed the test. The load is gradually increased from small to full load.
4. The feeding must be continuously and evenly distributed over the entire length of the roller, and periodically check whether the discharging port is blocked.
parking
1. Stop the feeding system before the double-toothed roller breaks and stops working.
2. When the material block is completely dropped and the roller becomes idling, the double-tooth roller crusher can be stopped.
3. Stop the discharge belt conveyor after all the materials have been discharged.
4. Fill in the operation record and lubrication, maintenance and maintenance records.
5. Do a good job of on-site cleaning and sanitation after the shutdown.
Precautions
1. In the production process, the corresponding iron removal device should be installed in front of the crusher to strengthen the iron removal work of the feedstock. Some non-crushed materials such as irons fall into the two rolls, which will seriously damage the crusher and cause a parking accident.
2. Pay attention to safety during the operation of the crusher, especially when large materials enter the crusher cavity, large pieces of material will easily fall out of the crushing cavity and cause injury.
3. When encountering a clogging problem such as viscous materials, it is not possible to carry out the mitigation work during the operation, and to do parking treatment.
4, should not cause the machine to overload, should pay attention to electrical instruments at any time.
5. The bearing should be refueled in time, and there is no oil leakage in the bearing.
6. The temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 30 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 °C.
7. The plane of the undercarriage of the movable device should be removed from dust and other materials, so that when the roller crusher encounters materials that cannot be broken, the movable bearing cannot move on the chassis, resulting in serious accidents.
