China will develop photovoltaic industry access certification standards

A few days ago, the State Council executive meeting deployed five policy measures to explicitly encourage photovoltaic companies to eliminate production capacity and promote the development of the photovoltaic industry. On December 23, Gao Hongling, deputy secretary general of China Photovoltaic Industry Alliance, said that the ministries are waiting for the division of labor of the State Council to formulate an industry access certification standard. According to Gao Hongling, the indicators of the certification standard include the research and development capabilities of enterprises, the scale of production, the market share of domestic and foreign markets, and the ownership of intellectual property. If the company fails to meet these certification standards, it will not be able to obtain bank loans or new projects. This standard setting work will be carried out very quickly, and it is now at the end of December, and it should be known soon next year. Relevant people in the industry believe that after the introduction of industry access certification standards that have a binding effect on PV companies, many companies may face elimination. A research report of Everbright Securities expects that the national policy orientation is clear, PV enters the production capacity channel, and the industry can be spring. In the next 6~9 months, the photovoltaic industry is expected to usher in a substantial capacity contraction period, and more than 1GW of medium and large capacity will be withdrawn. .
