Centrifuge use rules
1. When the centrifuge is in the pre-cooling state, the centrifuge cover must be closed. After the centrifuge is finished, the rotor should be placed on the test bench and the residual water in the chamber should be dried. The centrifuge cover is open.
2. When the rotor is pre-cooled, the rotor cover can be placed on the platform of the centrifuge or placed on the test bench. Do not screw it on the rotor, because the rotor cover will be activated if it is accidentally activated. Will fly out, causing an accident!
3. After the screw cap is tightened, be sure to touch the gap between the rotor and the cover with your fingers. If there is a gap, unscrew and retighten until the gap is confirmed to start the centrifuge.
4. During the centrifugation process, the operator must not leave the centrifuge room. In case of abnormality, the operator cannot turn off the power (POWER), press STOP. Fill in the centrifuge usage record before pre-cooling.
5. Do not use fake and inferior centrifugation to make the pipe, not aging, deformation, cracking

Centrifuge use note

Therefore, the following operations must be taken into account when using the centrifuge.
(1) The bottom of the centrifuge casing should be padded with cotton or test tube pads.
(2) If the electric centrifuge is vibrating or the body is vibrating, the power should be cut off immediately to eliminate the fault immediately.
(3) The centrifuge tube must be placed symmetrically into the casing to prevent the body from vibrating. If only one sample tube is to be replaced with water of equal quality.
(4) When starting the centrifuge, the top cover of the centrifuge should be covered before it can be started slowly.
(5) After the separation is completed, the centrifuge is turned off first, and after the centrifuge stops rotating, the centrifuge cover can be opened to take out the sample, and no external force can be used to force the movement to stop.
(6) The centrifugation time is generally 1 to 2 minutes. During this period, the experimenter must not leave to do other things.
Electric centrifuge use attention problem
