For large-capacity motors, a set of automatic air switch or knife fusion switch can be installed between the capacitor and the motor, but generally speaking, the investment is larger. It is suitable for reactive power compensation of large-capacity motors or other large-opening devices that operate continuously in the economy.
Second, the low-voltage dispersion compensation, the capacitor group is dispersedly installed in the power distribution room of each workshop. When a workshop is power-off and overhaul, the low bus voltage and power factor of the whole plant are unchanged, which is suitable for a large area of ​​the plant and a scattered workshop of each product. The user performs reactive compensation.
Third, low-voltage group compensation, capacitor group utilization is higher than individual compensation, can reduce the cross-section of low-voltage distribution lines and the reactive load or capacity of the transformer, suitable for reactive power compensation in workshops with small low-voltage distribution lines and small and medium-sized factories This. This method has an obvious effect on increasing the terminal voltage.
Fourth, low-voltage centralized compensation This, the capacitor group utilization is higher, but can only reduce the reactive load or capacity of the transformer, suitable for reactive power compensation of users with more concentrated load, shorter low-voltage lines and less power supply radius.
5. Centralized compensation of 10KV high voltage busbar, high utilization of capacitor bank, can reduce the reactive load transmitted in the power supply system and the line, but can not reduce the reactive load in the low voltage distribution network of the user transformer, suitable for large and small Reactive compensation for medium-sized plants can be used with low-voltage compensation.
